In addition, Yarl Metal pays special attention to appealing looks, durability, energy efficiency and ease of maintenance. Consulting assistance is also available, if needed by customers and includes the following:
These are generally used in curtain wall systems, either behind a metal panel or on the back of spandrel glass. They provide excellent insulation, fire safety and sound absorption capabilities. Yarl Metal produces back pans of various shapes and sizes; the most common ones are rectangular bases with straight clips. Special adapters are formed at the end of the clip to suit the installation.
Each adapter is utilized for specific needs and requirements. For more information, please contact the sales department
The above items refer to the different variables that are taken into consideration in designing backpans and they can be adapted in various ways to produce customized back pans to fit every space and requirement.
Yarl Metal produces several formed shapes to meet client specifications. Formed metal is used as an aesthetic option that is cost effective and easy to maintain. The ductility of metal makes this a versatile, practical choice and is preferred by architects, builders and designers. Listed below are several examples of applications:
Aluminum is quite popular for use in metal panels, or enclosures of buildings for several reasons. It is very ductile, and pliable for creating forms. It's lightweight, does not compromise strength, as some aluminum alloys are known to be stronger than structural steel. It can also be easily maintained with detergent and water, and does not corrode or flake. In comparison with other choices, it is the final clean finish, and cost effectiveness, which make this metal a remarkable choice for exterior cladding. Other materials such as stainless steel are also available.
Yarl Metal provides several options for insulated panels. The laminating metal, the insulating material, and thickness are all variables that produce a wide array of choices to meet specific customer requirements. It is easy to install in curtain wall in place of spandrel area because the insulated panel is mostly 1" overall size. It is used for the storefronts also.
Interior and exterior structural columns of various materials, shapes and sizes can be covered to enhance the aesthetic appearance of a building. In addition, they serve as a cost-saving measure because they are durable and easy to maintain. The shape of the column may be round, square or angular and the core can be made of masonry, concrete, wood or steel.
